What will be the concentration of any API for LOD ,& LOQ estimation , if signal to noise ratio concentration is 0.001% ?

LOD = 3/10 × 0.001% = 0.0003 %
LOQ is already 0.001% as per the assumption.
LOD = 3/10 × 0.001% = 0.0003 %
LOQ is already 0.001% as per the assumption.
